  • Loyalty Rewards

All purchases regarding new collection garments are rewarded with points. Each point (1) is equal to one euro (€1). The points are redeemed at any moment simply by the use of your email and both offline and online.


  • Personal Stylist

Each customer is being served by more than a mere sales assistant, rather than a personal stylist. Our personnel has knowledge and experience to provide custom proposals of style depending on the age, social profile and available budget. 

This is an absolutely free of charge service to offer all year long. Our service is personal, attentive being simultaneously discreet and sincere.


  • A free of charge luxury suitcase 

Offering a suit cover with the purchase of a suit is not extraordinary. However, instead of a low cost suit cover, we gift a luxury suitcase of non woven breathable material with zip closure and a separate case to use while travelling.  


  • Buy online and collect from store

Each customer has the possibility to order online and collect from stores, simply selecting the delivery option at checkout. 


  • Buy tax free

All customers from non EU countries are eligible for TAX FREE payments. This is a simple procedure at our stores and an automatic procedure for online shoppers. Transport fees for non EU countries at online shopping include basic customs clearance fees resulting in fast and cost effective deliveries.


  • Alteration services

Alteration services are offered in stores in a professional and timely manner. Basic alterations are free of charge, while demanding alterations are charged low cost.

We are happy to provide alteration services to customers online under customer’s indication and responsibility. Please note that NO altered garments can be returned or refunded.
