Returns and Refunds

 

You can return the product you purchased for an exchange or have a refund if you feel you have not made the right choice. We are here to help you in case you need to change size or article and you can do it up to 14 days (including public holidays) from the day of receipt. Exchanges or refunds are only made by contacting us directly:

By contacting us you should state your intention and after instructions you should proceed dispatching the product or products to exchange or refund. It is important to be aware that in the event of such a case, the products must not be worn or altered in any way, and be shipped without removing the labels and cards, using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents accompanying them as well as the proof market. If the product is modified in any way, requests for exchanges or refunds will not be accepted.

1.Exchanges

1a. Exchanges in Greece

  • All exchanges in Greece are free of charge for orders over €50.

  • Exchanges for orders less than €50, charges apply.

  • Free of charge exchanges are valid for a single change of products and do not apply for a second or multiple exchange operations.

  • All transport operations are handled by Speedex. It is possible to use another courier on your expense and liability at a possible loss.

1b. Exchanges in the European Union 

  • All exchanges in the E.U. are free of charge for orders over €500.

  • Changes for orders less than €500 are subject to charge. 

  • Free of charge exchanges are valid for a single change of products and do not apply for a second or multiple exchange operations.

  • All transport operations are handled by TNT Fedex. It is possible to use another courier on your expense and liability at a possible loss.

1c. Exchanges for the rest of the world - Americas, Asia, Rest of Europe, Oceania, Part of Africa

  • All exchanges are subject to charge when using TNT Fedex handled directly from us. It is possible to use another courier at your expense and liability at a possible loss.

  • We take several actions in order to avoid a possible application of customs taxes for customers and us. However any customs taxes may arise from an exchange request are at your liability. 

 

2.Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to positive review of products and their condition.

  • Refund amount will be the transaction amount deducting the total transport cost plus possible customs tax fees. 

  • Refunds are handled usually within 5/6 days after receipt of products.

  • The refund is made by applying the payment method of the purchase transaction.
